National Ag Week Coloring Contest – March

In recognition of our Agricultural community, the Bank sponsors a coloring contest for children.


National Teach Children to Save Day – April 22

Employees of the Bank visit our local schools and provide students with information on how to save and budget for their future. Each year the first grade classes come for a tour of the Bank and learn about saving.


Green County Breakfast on the Farm – Memorial Day Weekend - Saturday

Every year the Bank sponsors a bus to take area residents to and from the Breakfast on the Farm. The breakfast coincides with the June dairy month and moves to farms all across Green County.

Orfordville June Days  

Bank employees take part in volunteering to help where needed to make June Days a special event each year. You will see them helping out at the Baseball Diamond, Dunk Tank, and taking tickets for the events.

Covered Bridge Days - August 11-13

Employees are active in many important areas of this large annual community event. Bank employees can be found taking tickets, working in food stands, and staffing the Chamber Information Booth.


Bank of Brodhead ShredFest – September 9

Every year the bank invites local residents to shred their important documents 
for free. This event draws many area residents and provides participants with valuable information to protect themselves against identity theft.


Homecoming Parade  

As strong supporters of our local schools, the Bank participates in the homecoming parade each year. Employees decorate a float and hand out a school spirit promotional item.


Autumn Fest – October 7

Bank employees help organize this annual event and participate in the Chili Cook-Off. Others also help with the Chamber Information Booth and with the children’s activities. 


Get Smart About Credit Day – October 22

As part of Get Smart about Credit Day, bank employees visit the high school personal finance class to discuss topics such as budgeting, identity theft, and credit.


Santa Comes to Town – November 25

Each year the Bank hosts a visit with Santa for all area children. Santa's helpers have arrived to help the children make a craft to take home with them. Bank employees help decorate and prepare for Santa’s arrival by fire truck.


Fire and Ice Festival – December 1

As part of the Fire & Ice Festival, bank employees create and decorate a float for the annual Lighted Parade.
