Fraud Alert: Beware of Spoofed Bank of Brodhead Calls
We have received reports that some customers are receiving phone calls that appear to be coming from Bank of Brodhead based on the caller ID. These callers may ask you to log into your online account, for your online banking credentials, or questions regarding a deceased family member.
Please remember: Bank of Brodhead will NEVER call you and ask you to:
1. Log in to your online banking account
2. Provide your username or password
3. Share account numbers, security codes, or other sensitive account information.
Scammers can "spoof" phone numbers, making it appear that they are calling from a trusted source—even your bank.
If you receive a suspicious call: HANG UP immediately and call Bank of Brodhead directly using a phone number you know and trust. 608-897-2121
