Entry Details
• Open a 4.00% APY* 1 Year CD with a balance of $500 to $10,000 during
• the promotional period to receive one (1) entry into the drawing.
• Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
• Entries will be accepted through May 12, 2026 at 12 PM.
Eligibility
• Open to individuals 18 years of age or older.
• Employees of Bank of Brodhead and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Drawing
• One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on May 12th, 2026.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• Winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 days.
• If winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternative winner may be selected.
Prize Terms
• The 100.00% APY* CD is a promotional prize and subject to specific terms and conditions.
• Promotional APY* applies only to CD balances between $500 and $10,000.
• Promotional rate applies to a 1 year term only.
• At maturity, the CD will renew at the standard rate in effect at that time.
• Winner will be issued a 1099 Interest Form.
Publicity
• By entering the Milton Grand Opening CD Special, entrant agrees to allow
• Bank of Brodhead to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation or approval.
