At The Bank of Brodhead, we strive to create a safe environment for our valued customers and employees in these uncertain times.
Due to an increase in positive COVID-19 related cases, we have made the difficult decision to restrict access to our bank lobbies to appointment only. This change is effective Monday, November 23rd until further notice.
Additionally, we are closing the Orfordville Office entirely on Tuesday afternoons beginning November 24th. This was a difficult decision to make but was made entirely in the best interest of our staff while we deal with the uncertainties of COVID-19. This policy is only temporary.
We have increased staff available to serve drive-up customers in both locations. Business customers requiring coin service and/or large deposits should call ahead with their order and when they arrive for pickup. Lobby access by appointment is also being granted to customers signing documents or accessing safe deposit boxes. Our night deposits will be checked periodically throughout the day and our newly refreshed ATMs are ready to serve your currency needs.
