An E-statement is an electronic version of your regular paper statement. E-Statements are an exact replica of the statement you had been receiving in the mail and cover the same statement cycle as your paper statements.
Once you've enrolled in Online Banking, you can sign up to receive E-statements. Fill out an E-Statement application and drop it off at the Bank of Brodhead or contact one of our friendly customer service representatives at 608-897-2121.
There is no cost to enroll in the Bank of Brodhead's E-Statement program.
Yes. Business customers can enroll in E-Statements by completing an application or contacting a customer service representative.
When your E-Statement is ready to viewed, you will receive an email alert that provides you with a link to the on-line banking website so you can easily log in and view your statement.
Once logged in, select your checking account and the "E-Statements" button will be available. Clicking the E-Statements button will provide a list of the months that statements are available for viewing. All of your combined accounts will be on this E-Statement. If you have a combined account statement, your checking account statements will be listed with your savings account number. (Some accounts may not be eligible for combined statements.)
Yes, you can use the print button available on your browser to print a copy of your statement. The printer friendly version will look exactly like the statements you received in the mail.
Yes, each of your E-Statements will be listed separately and will remain on your Online Banking account for up to sixteen (16) months.
If your email changes, simply log on to your Online Banking account and change your email under the Options tab.
First, try again. As with any page request over the internet, there is a chance that the server is busy.
If you are enrolled and continue receiving this message after the time when you normally would have received a statement, call us at 608-897-2121. We will verify that the account you are trying to review has been enrolled.
E-Statements will appear under the main checking account only. All other accounts that had been requested to be on the Combined E-Statement will receive the message "No Documents Are Currently Available for Viewing".
You can discontinue receiving E-Statements at any time by simply calling one of our customer service representatives.
