The Bank of Brodhead offers SEP Accounts (Simplified Employee Pension) that fill basic employer needs. If you are self-employed and the idea of a plan that is extremely simple to establish and operate attracts you, then a simplified employee pension (SEP) may be the plan for your business.

Curious how long it will take you to save for retirement? Check out our financial calculators and find out!

The Bank of Brodhead has two types of SEP investments:

  • Fixed Rate savings account for either 1 or 2 years. The rate is tied to the 5-year CD rate.
  • Variable Rate savings account for 1 year. This rate is also tied to the 5-year CD rate, and can change monthly.
Establishing a SEP depends on many business factors. We recommend that you consult with your attorney or tax advisor before opening a Simplified Employee Pension account.
